The challenge
ApoEx needed a better understanding of their marketing strategies' effectiveness and a more efficient way to monitor them. They contacted Growth Hackers in fall 2022, initially to migrate from Universal Analytics to GA4. The collaboration quickly evolved into a comprehensive growth project.
The solution
We started with a Growth Review and Growth Alignment to map the current state. Then we implemented GA4 data validation, mapped business goals to KPIs across the customer journey, created dashboards for ongoing tracking, and built an experiment-driven growth process.
