Ramboll wanted to strengthen their brand as a consultancy firm focusing on creating sustainable societies where people and nature flourish. They asked us to launch the running app “ShapeRunner” with the goal to attract as many app users as runners in the Stockholm half marathon.

Ramboll’s goal was to attract as many app users as runners in the Stockholm half marathon (approx. 15 000). We managed to deliver 27 000 and of course within our given budget.

Tracking & Analysis

By implementing Growth Hackers app tracking and our test methodology from the beginning, we were able to be data-driven and agile in marketing. This allowed us to quickly find the right target group at a great cost per install.

Close collaboration with a creative agency

We need to continuously test different channels, target groups, and marketing materials which places great demands on the creative agency. In this project we had a very close collaboration with creatives, which increased the speed of the process.
